It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Anne Noble (nee Heaton) on December 27, 2023 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville.

Beloved wife for 20 years to the late Michael Noble, life companion of 33 years to the late Richard Bain.

Companion to Percy Butler. Loving mother of Mary and David (Rebecca).

Proud grandmother of Katherine, Scott, Ally, Jenny, Caden, Ganon, and great-grandmother (GG) to Abigail. Anne was born in England and moved to Montreal in 1974 with her late husband Michael and children, and then to Whitby in 1981.

After the passing of her husband in 1983, Anne and her life companion Richard designed and built their home in Huntsville, Ontario.

After the passing of Richard in 2018, Anne was fortunate enough to find a new community of friends in Wilmot Creek in 2019. Anne was a loving and kind soul who touched the lives of many. She will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bowmanville Hospital Foundation.

The family would like to extend the utmost gratitude and appreciation to EMS and fire who responded on Christmas Day, and to the doctors and compassionate nurses at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville who cared for Anne and allowed her to pass with her dignity.

The family would also like to extend a special thank you to the Gardner family who have assisted us through this difficult time.
