Passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Tuesday August 22nd, 2023 at the age of 94 years.

Beloved husband of the late Marian Henning (nee Hayes).

Loving father of Fran (Doug) Sleep, Doug (Jeanne) Henning, Barb (Thomas) Marshall, Barry Henning, Randy (Deneen) Henning and the late Brenda Lloyd.

Bud is survived by his son in law Roland Lloyd as well as his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dear brother of Bill Henning, Norma Clarke and was predeceased by siblings Marion Malley, Marg Metcalf, Connie De Jong and Don Henning.

Visitation will be held at Northcutt Elliott Duneral Home, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Monday August 28th from 2 – 3 pm. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel at 3 pm. Cremation with Private interment at Bowmanville Cemetery.

Memorial Donations may be made to The Cancer Society or Bowmanville Memorial Hospital Foundation.
