Passed away at peacefully Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the age of 69.

Beloved husband of Martha.

Loving father of Robbie, Becky and Fred.

Proud grandfather of Bella, William, Seth and Ayden.

Dear brother of Jack and Susan (Ed).

Uncle to Steven and Shauna.

Cecil will be greatly missed by extended family and friends, and especially his coworkers from the Great Blue Heron Casino.
