(August 2, 1946 - August 29, 2020)Charles Abbott took his final peaceful breath on August 29, 2020.Charlie will always be remembered as a loving husband, father and poppie who always had a story to tell. His sense of humour was infectious and his smile uplifting.Although Charlie and his wife Dorothy lived in Ontario for the past 47 years, he remained a true Newfoundlander, always willing to lend a hand and give you the shirt on his back.Predeceased by Will, Effie, Myrita, Elsie, Edmond and Samuel. He will be profoundly missed by Dorothy, Denise, Philip, Marie and Gabrielle.Charles will forever have a special place in the hearts of Edith, Stan Mable, Bob, Beatrice, Mary, Albert and his many nieces and nephews.Charlie wished to have no fuss made over him, as such there will be no memorial held.
