September 18th, 1961 - December 7th, 2020Peacefully on Monday December 7, 2020 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 59.Cheryl is predeceased by her parents Margaret Ann Ward and John Laveque.Beloved mother of Andrew William John Northcott, Cindy Margaret Ann Northcott, Lindsay Mary Danielle Northcott and Nicholas Jody Ward Northcott.Proud grandmother of Ava-Lynn Alanna Mary Thomas and Arianna Kendra Joyce Thomas.Cheryl took pride in being at home raising her family.Cheryl felt the biggest joy in her life was have children. She fought a courageous battle with cancer, diagnosed with lung cancer in 2015, and leukemia in 2020.A very private and simple woman, she did not want a big funeral, but to be surrounded only by her children.
