Peacefully passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at Lakeridge Health Whitby, at the age of 87.

Beloved husband of the late Dianne (2020) Devoted father of Glen (Samantha) and Chris (Tina).

Cherished grandfather of Abby, Hannah, and Gavin.

Dear brother of Carol Chapelle (Charles). Predeceased by his siblings Gwen (Peter) and Robert (Bernice).

Donald was an active member for many years at Ashbridge’s Bay Yacht Club and the Whitby Yacht Club.

Special thanks to the staff of Lakeridge Health Ajax and Whitby for their care and compassion. As per Donald’s wishes, cremation will take place.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
