Peacefully in his sleep at Lakeridge Health Ajax on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 in his 81st year.

John, beloved husband of Hazel of 60 years.

Loving father of Thomas (Liz) and Marilyn (Jerry Hruby).Proud grandpa of Kaila (Kevin), Jerry (Christine), Jaclyn (Kevin) and great grandpa of Colby and Callan.

Dear brother of Barry, Alfred, Clara and the late Bertha. Brother in law of Allan (Barb) and Bet (Rick).

John will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended church family and friends.

Family and friends will be received at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby, on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 from 1 pm until the time of service in the chapel at 2:30 pm.

Interment MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY. John was a wonderful husband, father and loved by all.
