Elaine Dorothy Phyllis - September 5, 1940 - October 23, 2019 Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on October 23, 2019. Dearly loved and survived by her niece Heather McCaillancourt, great niece Shalaya & great nephew Ethan McCaillancourt, brother-in-law Bob Hutchinson, cousins Barbara (& Brian) Gage, Lewis Reese, Kathy (late husband Craig) Harris, Donna (Ed ) and Kirk. Elaine is now at peace joining her adored sister Caryl Lee Hutchinson, mother & father Ruth and Harold Gillingham, along with her most treasured and adored pets Maggie & Tobi. Elaine will be missed by the Port Perry Artists, and her friends at Sunnybrae Golf Course.She also previously volunteered with the Hospital Auxiliary. Elaine lived as a respected psychologist and teacher in Alberta for most of her career, also teaching in Ontario previously.She loved her golf, sports, and pets.Elaine had a natural artistic talent that she embraced and shared. A Celebration of Life will be held at Sunnybrae Golf Course, 1430 King Street, Port Perry, on Saturday November 30 at 1:00 pm.If desired donations in Elaine’s memory to Lakeridge Health, Port Perry would be greatly appreciated by the family.
