I am deeply saddened to inform you that Elisabeth (Els) passed away Tuesday September 10th, 2019 a.m.As many of you know, she was diagnosed with recurrent oral cancer last February.Els is survived by her husband Frits III, her children Frits IV (Dianne), Peter (Stacey), Paula (Rick) and Mariela (Michael), her 8 grandchildren and their partners, her brothers Hans (Elly) and Guus and their families and the Jansen family in The Netherlands.She will also be fondly remembered by her friends near and far.Visitation will be held at the Oshawa Funeral Home, on Friday September 13th from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST CHURCH, 903 Giffard Street, Whitby on Saturday September 14th at 11:00 AM.
