Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at Lakeridge Health Ajax on Monday, July 24, 2017 at the age of 59 years.Fred, cherished son of Ferdinand and Erika.Loving brother of John (Shelley) Yurkovich. Loving uncle of Krystal (Phil), Jessica and Johnna.Beloved nephew of Alojz (the late Dagmar), Beina (the late Joseph), Pauline (Boris). Predeceased by Uncle Frederick (Aunt Emily) and Uncle John and survived by Aunt Katherine.A special thank you to the staff in the ICU at Lakeridge Health Ajax for their care and support.Family and friends will be received at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby (North of Hwy 2) for visitation on Tuesday, August 1st from 7 - 9 pm.Memorial service to be held in our chapel on Wednesday, August 2nd at 11 am.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson Canada would be appreciated.Interment of Fred’s cremated remains to take place at a later date at Mount Lawn Cemetery.
