Frances Marian (McMillan) - Passed away peacefully at Spencer House Orillia, on Thursday November 21, 2019 in her 96th year.Predeceased by her husband William Clark (2013).Sister in law of Betty Clark (Don predeceased) of Beaverton.Frances was the Aunt to many nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held at Mangan Funeral Home, Beaverton on Monday November 25th from 1P.M. until time of funeral service at 2P.M.
