(May 18, 1967 - October 9, 2016) -Passed away at home on October 9th, 2016 at the age of 49, surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle.Frank enjoyed a wonderful day with a Thanksgiving Feast with his many friends and family members by his side.Loving son of Ida (late Vincenzo). Beloved brother of Teresa (Don Leoci), Fiore (Elaine Mendicino) and the late Bianca Mendicino.Chico was a loving uncle of Michael, Donna, Bianca, Ida, Teresa and Amanda and will be dearly missed by many great nieces, great nephews and other relatives.He will also be missed by longtime friends Dean, John, Shawn and their families.Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, October 12 from 4:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 6:00 p.m.The family wishes to extend its appreciation to the "HEROES" Dr. Jeff Rothenstein and Dr. Peter Dixon for the care, compassion and professionalism shown to Frank and his family.
