At the age of 76 years, he passed away after a long battle with pancreatic cancer, surrounded by his loving wife Judy and family.Reunited with his beloved son Darren, parents Francis and Anela and brother John. He is survived by: Sisters: Marlene, Joanne (John), Mary (Ken); Brothers: Errol (Audrey), Carroll (Laurene), Gerard (Mary Jane), David (Laurella), from Nova Scotia. Also survived by special brother-in-law Ron Whitbread (Bev), sister-in-law Vivian and nieces and nephews.He was a reserved person with a deep faith in the lord. He was devoted to his family specially his son Darren.He worked for many years as a Probation and Parole Officer. Enjoyed curling, biking, was an avid reader and a devoted fan of the Detroit Red Wings.Thank you to Dr. Fung, Dr. Zalewski and Kelly for the wonderful care given to Frank over the last 10 years, as well as the awesome Supportive Care Team at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, April 7th from 7 – 9 p.m.A funeral mass will be held at Holy Cross Parish (373 Simcoe St. S., Oshawa) on Wednesday, April 8th at 11:00 a.m.Memorial donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Canada, R.S.
