32 year member of Durham Regional Police.
Peacefully passed away at Oak Ridges Hospice on July 16th, 2022 at the age of 73 years.
Proud father of Christopher (Holly), Cassandra, Nicholas and Katherine.
Lovingly remembered by his cousin Sharon and her husband Paul and close friends Barb and Richard Coulter.
Fondly remembered by his cousins and friends.

There will be an opportunity to join family to celebrate Frank’s life at Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, Bowmanville on Tuesday August 2nd from 1 – 3 pm.

Predeceased by her husband Lawrence, parents Mary and Walter, siblings Eileen, Dolly, Clara and Walter (Butch). Survived by Ernie, her beloved partner.
Cherished mother of Rosemary (the late Larry), Joan (Greg), Brian (Jane), Paul and Mary (John).
Cherished grandmother of Travis, Gary (Wendy), Nicholas (Brittney), Paul (Katherine), Joshua (Meagan), Danielle (Josh), Courtney (Brad), Brittney, Clayton and Kristine (Gabriel).
Great grandmother of Zachary, Jayden, Izabella, Calvin, Emery, Tucker, Tristan and Hailey.
Step-children Susan (Ian), Lucille (Ray), Patrick (Darlene), Kenneth (Michelle) as well as 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was a special aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Born November 8, 1931 is Sydney, Cape Breton Nova Scotia, she moved to Toronto where she met and married Lawrence.
Together they ventured eastwards eventually settling in Bowmanville where they raised their family of 5 children.
Special thank you to the wonderful Doctors and Nurses of Med/Surg Floor at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, who made Charlotte’s final days peaceful and supported her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOSEPH’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, on Thursday July 21st at 11 am, visitation will be held at the church from 10 – 11 am.
