Frederick was born October 9, 1940.

A memorial visitation for Frederick will be held Friday, June 3, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West.

Following the memorial visitation will be a burial at 3:00 PM at Thornton Cemetery, 1200 Thornton Road North.
