Passed away peacefully on Sunday July 31, 2022.

Adored and loving brother to Robert “Bob”.

Beloved son of the late Ralph & Katherine.

Joe will by sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his so very close group of friends and church family.

Joe was a proud retiree of OPG, having over 33 years of service there, and a committed and active member of Harmony Road Baptist Church

Funeral Services will take place at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME , 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Monday August 8th at 1pm. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Interment to follow at Thornton Cemetery.

Donations in memory of Joe can be made to the Pregnancy Help Center (Durham), Teen Challenge or Harmony Road Baptist Church.
