Peacefully on December 13, 2020 in Norwood, ON with family by her side at the age of 86. Born Feb 13, 1934 in Twillingate, NFLD and moved to Toronto at the age of 16.Dear mother of Bruce (Sandy), Barry (Kelly), Debbie, Bonnie (Jim), Brenda (Dirk), Bobby (Lianne) and Brad (Cheryl).Cherished Nanny to many grandkids and great grandkids.Predeceased by her loving husband Max of 55 years, and will now be reunited in heaven. Geraldine had a radiant smile, and made friends everywhere she went.She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and dancing, and will be missed terribly by all who knew her.Her heart will always remain in Newfoundland where she loved to watch birds, see the icebergs and just be by the ocean.Many thanks to the staff at Mapleview Retirement Residence in Norwood, Pleasant Meadow Nursing Home in Norwood, and Campbellford Hospital.Your care made all the difference and is very appreciated.
