(January 5, 1926 – October 4, 2019) - (Retired from Royal Canadian Air Force and Sears Canada) Peacefully at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa on Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 at 93 years of age.Beloved husband and “Beth” friend of Elizabeth (nee McNab) for 71 years.Cherished father of Jan (Paul); the late Harold Jr. (Verena); Steve (Arlene); Penny; Holly (Ron); Curt (Marlene); Kevin; Angela (Saverio); and Cathy (Ned). Hal will be fondly remembered by his 20 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.A Celebration of Life will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234), on Thursday, October 10th, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. with words of Remembrance at 2:30 p.m.Memorial donations to the CHARITY of your choice would be appreciated.
