Passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband and daughter Mary by her side on Sunday May 21, 2023.

Hazel had just celebrated her 96th birthday.

Beloved wife of Ralph Veale for 75 years.

Dear mother of Mary Veale-Parker and Carol Veale-Morello (Renzo), pre-deceased by daughters Margaret Anne Boynton (1993), and Cathy Jane Veale (1964).

Special grandmother of Jordan and Olivia Morello.

Pre-deceased by her sisters Alberta Nicholls, Irene Whitfield, Lillian Webdale and Blanche Chalmers. Pre-deceased by her sister-in-law Florence Morrow.

Memorial service will be held at Old Stone Church, Beaverton on Saturday June 3, 2023 at 3 P.M. Interment to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in memory of Hazel to the VON- Beaverton Branch by cheque through Mangan Funeral Home (make cheque payable to VON Canada) or to the charity of your choice.
