Hazel passed away to be with our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, in the comfort of her home, on Sunday, December 5th, 2021 with her family members by her side.

She was the beloved Mother of her firstborn son Gerald and daughter-in-law Barb and her Daughter Debbie (who lovingly was her caregiver).

She is predeceased by her son Ricky and by her son Danny and survived by her daughters in law Lynda and Joyce.

She was a caring Grandmother to Dylan, Nicole and spouse Luciano, Angela and spouse Nicholas, Julie and spouse Matteo, Kyle and Lance.

She will be very fondly remembered by her great grandchildren: Sarah, Mercedes, Cecilia, Noah and Colton.

She will also be eternally remembered in the hearts of many friends.

A private family service will be held at MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY on Wednesday December 8th at 1:00pm.
