Peacefully passed away with her family by her side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at age 56.

Heather loving mother of Travis (Mailys), Dawson and Spencer.

Dear sister of Eileen (Ron Chafee), Dawn Conly (Andrew Sevcik), Melanie Conly (Jason Fowler) and Sean Conly (Mary-Ann). Cherished aunt of Amanda, Alyssa, Mackenzie, Bryan, Brittany, Michaela and Douglas.

Predeceased by her parents Bryan and Marilyn Conly. She was the most selfless mother in the world.

She will be lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends.
