McKendrick, Helen Joyce

Peacefully passed away on July 3, 2024 at Moira Place Long Term Care, at the age of 97.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Bradley. Cherished mother of Kathleen Hyland (Bob), Tracey Edwards (Peter), Jeffrey McKendrick (Ratipa), and James Matthew McKendrick. Loving grandmother of Kelly Leeder (Jonathon), Heather Hyland, Sarah Stapley (Mathew), Adam Stapley, Allen McKendrick (Georgia), Andrew McKendrick, Eric McKendrick, and Mitchell McKendrick and great-grandmother of Harry, Isla, Elvie, Ellie, and Bradley.

Helen was born in Kirkland Lake and raised in Toronto. She met and married the love of her life, Bradley, and they raised 4 children.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). A Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel at 12 p.m.
