HOOEY, Constance Margaret Hooey  -  Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa Supportive Care on August 3rd 2024 in her 90th year.

Connie, beloved wife of the late Bill Hooey. Loved mother of Gordy, Patti and the late Shelly and Michael.

Adored Gramma to Penny (Nickolas) Timothy (Rita) Erin, Rebecca (Ryan) Michael (Grace) Brianna (JD) The Sweetest Great Gramma to Amanda (Levi) David (Angelene) Garret, Mackenzie, Cassidy (Mitchell) Aria, Elijah, River and Indie. Great-Great Gramma to Macy, Jamison, Elijah, Blake and Jude. Loving daughter of the late Harold King and Margaret Colville.

Connie loved Bulldogs and her cat Buddy. She was well known for her beautiful flower arrangements and decorating. Connie was a member of the Orono community for nearly 75 years and was so proud to be. Connie worked at the Orono post office for 31 years.

She was a long time sister at the Heather Rebekah Lodge 334 Orono. Connie's life was defined by her selflessness and kindness.

She truly had a heart of gold, always putting others before herself. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
