1963 – 2024

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Idowu Adeleke Adeusi on May 9th, 2024, at the age of 60.

Idowu passed away peacefully and surrounded by his close family.

Idowu will be deeply missed by all who knew him and will forever be remembered for his humour, kindness, and love for his family.

Idowu leaves behind a loving wife, Abiola, his two daughters, Lade (Zach) and Layo, and his son, Tobi.

He was a man of many passions, particularly about his favourite football team, Arsenal, and cooking and eating many Asian inspired meals with his family. Idowu’s life was spent smiling and full of joy and his smiles remained constant through to his last days.

Idowu’s love for his family was only matched by his love for God and he now rests in peace in the arms of the Lord.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in his memory.
