August 6, 1938 – April 23, 2018Passed away peacefully with family by her side, in her 80th year.Predeceased by her loving husband, Manfred of nearly 50 years.Survived by her sons, Michael and Tom.Beloved Oma to Sarah and Rachel to whom she devoted her life.Cherished sister to Renate, Gise and Fritz in Germany and all her nieces and nephews.Blessed Mother to her extended daughters Terri, Pam, Laurie and Annabel.Ilse will be missed by extended family and dearest friends.The family wishes to thank the Whitby Kidney Clinic and all the staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa for the exceptional care and support.Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Sunday, April 29th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m.Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation or the Lakeridge Health Foundation would be appreciated.
