After almost 94 years on Earth, Irene has left us on March 13, 2014, to join her beloved husband, John Carmen Nodwell.Irene will be greatly missed by all of us, including her son and his wife, Terry and Doreen Nodwell, her surviving sister, Helen Bailey, her grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer) Nodwell and Nadine (Andrew) Brady, and her great-grandchildren Megan, Tommy, Jessica, and Eric.Irene will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her beautiful laugh, her shortbread cookies and sticky fudge.The Nodwell family would like to thank everyone at Fosterbrooke for taking such good care of Irene for the past four years.In lieu of flowers, please do something kind for someone in need.You will always be in or hearts.
