(August 25, 1965 - February 12, 2014)Passed away peacefully on February 12, 2014 at the Lakeridge Health Oshawa Hospital in her 49th year.She will be missed by her loving husband Vrej, her father Iain and Erla.Predeceased by her mother Muriel.She will also be missed by her family Margaret and Larry, Shelagh and Bryan and in-laws Kevork and Tamitza, John and Lisa, Teena and Dikran and their families.The family will receive friends at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME (28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax, 905- 428-8488) on Saturday February 15th from 1 - 2 p.m. with a Memorial Service to follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel.The family would like to thank all the nurses, doctors and staff at the Lakeridge Health Oshawa Hospital for their care and compassion during Irenes final months.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.Online condolences may be placed at mceachniefuneral.ca.
