Passed away on August 17, 2017 at Fairview Lodge Long Term Care.Born on Dec 24, 1933 to the late Pal and late Marghit Pentek in Romania, Irina immigrated to Canada in 1991, returning to Romania for 1 year when her husband, Francis Szabo, passed away.She will be dearly missed by her son, Paul and grandson Peter.Irina was passionate about cooking and entertaining, enjoying countless get togethers with friends and family.
