(October 8th, 1934 – October 25th, 2016) -Passed away peacefully at Hillsdale Estates in Oshawa on October 25th, 2016 in her 83rd year.Beloved wife of the late John Albert.Cherished mother of sons Douglas Hart and his wife Marsha of Bancroft, Dale Hart and his wife Lisa of London and step-daughters Bonnie and her husband Hugh Nicholson of Barrie, Chyrrel Laundre of Oshawa, Deborah (John) Cannon of Oshawa.Also lovingly remembered by grandchildren Benjamin (Ashley) and Jessi (Scott), Ashley, Krysta (Jared) and Katie, also Ian (Neishka) and Katie (Artruro), Lauren (Keneil) and Michael (Justine), Hunter and Nicole and John. As well as nieces Beverley and Linda and sister-in-law Ila. Remembered by great-grandchildren Isabella, Kai, Finn, Landon and Sutter.Daughter of the late Edward and Alice Newton (nee Harris) also predeceased by one brother Malcolm and nephew Brian Newton.The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the second and fourth floor nursing staff and PSW’s at Hillsdale Estates – Oshawa.As per Irla’s request cremation has taken place with a private family service.Donations may be made in memory of Irla to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
