Passed away peacefully with family by her side on August 3, 2023 at the age of 93.

Predeceased by her parents Elizabeth and Mark, her husbands Bertrum and Elmore and her 12 siblings.

Loving mother of Beverley Rose (Bill Smith), Alvin Rose and Bill Uhlman (Jennifer Tilk).

Grandmother of Tina (Clark), David (Amy) and Nicole (Shane).

Great Grandmother of Charles (Kendall), Emily (Shane), Shannon, Ian and Taylor. Great Great Grandmother of Halle and Myla Lou.

Much appreciation and thanks to Julia’s PSWs who assisted her in her later years, and to the palliative care team at Oshawa Lakeridge Hospital. As per

Julia's wishes, funeral mass and internment will take place in Newfoundland at a later date.
