April 10, 1949 – May 24, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce Linda Anne Biggley (75 years old) passed away peacefully at Lakeridge health Ajax with her family by her side on May 24, 2024.

Linda is survived by her husband of 56 years and the love of her life Gerald “Jerry” Allan Biggley, her three children Lori (Paul), Chris (Kelli), and Jodi (Stacey).

She had 7 Grandchildren who she loved and cherished, James (Jordan), Ryan (Victoria), Cierra ,Cheyenne, Tyler, Eric and Zachary who will all miss her very much. She is survived by her remaining sister Sandra (Chris).

She will be missed by many extended family members and friends. Predeceased by her parents and 9 siblings. “Fly high Linda; enjoy your pizza parties in the sky with them.”

Linda loved to travel and did so every chance she got, her favorite being the Caribbean Islands. She returned to many of the same spots to enjoy them again, throughout her life.

She loved spending time with her family from backyard BBQS (her pure enjoyment of cake with icing pilled high at all our family events) to simple cups of coffee ( her dry sense of humor and quirky jokes will not be forgotten).

She looked forward to and enjoyed her outings to the Casino, win or lose, although she liked “winner winner” best! Her life’s achievements with C.I.B.C where she worked her entire career were a source of accomplishment and pride, including her time spent overseas working for First Caribbean in Barbados.

A pillar of our family she will truly be missed. A limb has fallen from the family tree that says grieve not for me Remember the good times, the laughter, the song, the good life I lived while I was strong.

As per her request cremation has taken place with no service.
