Passed peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital on Monday January 22nd, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Ken Carmichael (2014) for 68 years.

Devoted and proud mother of Graham (Donna), Elizabeth Roberts (Glenn) and Andrew (Shelley).

Much loved Gran of Bryan Roberts and Emilie Roberts and step grandmother of Quincy Richardson and Tara Richardson.

Dear sister to Bill Ripley of B.C. and sister-in-law to Rachel Brandon (Dr. Leonard Brandon) of Starkville, Mississippi.

Ann was a proud and passionate teacher and educator for 38 years she even went back to school as an adult to university to get her bachelor, graduating in 1987.

Friends and family are invited to gather for a memorial visitation at Newcastle Funeral Home on Saturday February 3rd, 2024 beginning at 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 noon, reception to follow. Casual attire is requested (jeans are welcome!) That is exactly what Ann would have liked.
