January 25, 1953 – April 3, 2023

Mel passed away peacefully, on April 3, 2023, at the age of 70, after his long and difficult battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy.

Mel leaves behind his daughter, Caitlin Pointer; and partner, Maureen Smith.

Mel was an amazing man with a love for travel, sports, music, motorcycles, cars and all things sweet.

Mel always had a positive outlook, wonderful sense of humour and zest for life. He will be missed dearly.
