Passed away on Sunday, July 8th, 2018, at Sunnybrook Medical Centre, Toronto, in the arms of his wife Elyse Cowan (Payne) of Oshawa.Predeceased by their son Harrison.Cherished son of Alex and Annette Cowan of Brooklin.Loved brother of Ryan Cowan and his wife Raina of Port Perry and special uncle of Quinn and Nicholas.Loving son-in-law of David and Norma Payne of Whitby.
