Peacefully on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Strathaven LTC in Bowmanville in her 68th year with her family by her side.Norma Adams of Seagrave, devoted wife of 49 years to Donald.Loving mother of Lois Heindl (Greg) of Newcastle, and Douglas (predeceased).Granny will be greatly missed by grandchildren Maggianne and Marni Heindl.Norma was the daughter of Harry and Mary Davis of Tobermory (deceased), sister to Rob (Brenda) Davis of Tobermory, and predeceased by Russ (Tracy) Davis of Tobermory.Norma was a long term employee of the Oshawa Clinic, and retired with her husband to become snowbirds and spent many great years in Florida.Friends and family will be received at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Port Perry, on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 11 a.m. with visitation for one hour prior. Interment at a later date.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Durham Region or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
