July 29, 1935 – August 23, 2016We sadly announce that a very special man, Om Wadhwa, passed away peacefully in the middle of the night surrounded by his loving family.Om was a beloved husband of Hazel, nee Tapp, for over 51 years, a cherished dad to Sharene Herdman, nee Wadhwa and loving grandfather of Kristen and Nicole.Om is dearly loved by all his family and friends and will be greatly missed. Om came to Canada in the late 1960s with his wife and daughter to create a better life for his familyA private viewing for family had taken place on Wednesday, August 24, 2016.A celebration in honour of Om’s life will occur at a later date.
