Passed away peacefully on Saturday April 6, 2024 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, in his 93rd year.

Beloved husband of the late Mae (dec. 2010), and current Irene Martin-Varty.

Father of James, Glenys (Randy), and Thomas.

Grandfather of several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren.

Brother of Gordon (Marion), Shirley (Ken), and Fred.

Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME 124 King Street East, Oshawa, for Visitation on Saturday April 13, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Funeral Service to follow in the chapel at 11:30 a.m.

Interment to follow at MOUNT LAWN MEMORIAL GARDENS, Whitby.
