February 23, 1951 - February 8, 2017Passed away at the Lakeridge Health – Oshawa on Wednesday, February 8th, 2017 at the age of 65 years.Predeceased by her beloved parents Edward and Irene; her sister Carolynne Levick and brother Norman.Theresa is survived by her loving Son Adam and Daughter Melissa; grand-daughter Brianna.Dear sister of Susan Swift (Michael), Michael (Janelle), David (Ruth), and Larry (Darla).Will be sadly missed by all the extended family and friends.Friends will be received at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL 1587 Highway 2, Courtice (905-432-8484) on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 11:30 am until time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 1:00 pm.
