FLEMING, THERESA H. On July 10, 2024, surrounded by family, in a room full of love, Theresa H. Fleming (Nana), left us to be reunited with those that left before her. Theresa is survived by her daughter, Rhonda; and husband, Don. Loved forever by grandchildren, Theresa, D.J. and Sarah. Nana will also be missed by her great-grandchildren, who she loved spending every minute with. Theresa is also survived by her son, Dennis, wife, Denise, and their children and families. Theresa was an incredible woman, adored by many, and brought laughter to every room she entered. Theresa will be thought of often, and loved and missed always. We don't say goodbye, we say, "See you later Nana"
