Passed away peacefully surrounded by his children at Toronto General Hospital on Friday, March 24, 2017 in his 52nd year.Thomas, loving father of Krystal (Leland), Jennifer, Isaac and Addison.Loved son of Rod and Diane.Dear brother of Tim, Lisa (Mark) and Ria.He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.Visitation will take place at the Morris Funeral Chapel, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 1-4 p.m. followed by the service at 4 p.m. in the Morris Chapel.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation - Bayer Lung Match Campaign.
