Passed away peacefully at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at age 90.

Thomas Barnes of Nestleton, beloved husband of Joan (nee McLagen).

Proud father of Thomas Gordon Barnes and his wife Wendy, Cori Fox and her husband Aaron, Kathleen Cochrane and her husband James, Jody Smith and her husband William Abbott and Jaclyn Muir and her husband Jim.

Loving grandfather of Cameron, Benjamin, Isabelle, Charlotte, Gordon and his wife Claudia, and River. He was predeceased by his parents Eleanor Elmina Deal and Francis Camps Barnes of Shelburne.

Private arrangements . A Celebration of his life will be at a later date.
