After a courageous battle with ALS, Tom passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the early age of 59 at Uxbridge Cottage Hospital. Cherished husband of Wendy for 34 years. Proud father of Tanya (Mike) and Josh. Dear son to Evelyn Machesney and predeceased by his father James. Tom will be missed dearly by his sisters; Sandra (Gary) and Elizabeth (Randy). Beloved grampy to Colton and Andy. Tom was avid for his outdoorsman ship; he enjoyed woodcarving, ice fishing, moose hunting and his love for hockey and baseball. Funeral service will take place at Low & Low Funeral Home, 23 Main St. S., Uxbridge, Ontario on Saturday, July 2nd at 2:00pm with visitation one hour prior.
