Passed away at the Cobourg General Hospital on Tuesday April 17, 2018 at the age of 60.Predeceased by his parents Leonard and Ruby.Loving soul mate Lisa McCullough Mann.Cherished father of Terry (Connie); John jr.; and Kaylin. Brother of Rick (Bev); Randy(Irene); Cheryl (Terry); his twin Tom (Maria); John (Ann); Elizabeth (Peter); Steven (Tina) and Kevin.Fondly remembered by 11 nieces and nephews, 16 great nieces and nephews and 3 GG nieces and nephews.
