Passed away peacefully at Toronto General Hospital on Saturday November 21, 2015 at the age of 56.Much loved husband and best friend of Terri Lucas.Dearly loved father of Olivia Da Silva and step-father to Lindsey and Shane Marjoram.Survived by his dear mother Eileen Da Silva and pre-deceased by his father Eugene.Loved brother of Gavin Da Silva and wife Marcia and Chris Da Silva and wife Paula.‘Uncle’ will be sadly missed and always remembered fondly by his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Lauren, Mark, Adam, Matthew & Jennafer and their families, along with his Aunts, Uncles and many, many friends.We would personally like to thank the following people for their continued personal care and support of Trevor: Dr. Alan Smith, Dr. Aaron Hansen & Dr. Tony Finelli of the Princess Margaret Medical Oncology GU Clinic, Dr. Simon Houston of the Thorasics Department along with the nurses and staff at Toronto General Hospital, Dr. Carolyn McCallister and the nursing staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa Palliative Care, Joni Koster-Scott and nurses of Partners in Community Nursing Durham.Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 3-5 pm Wednesday, November 25th.
