Loving mother of Marie (Carmine), Arlene and Yvonne (Ron). Sadly missed by grandchildren Eli Tompkins, Laura Beard and Darrick Larocque. Dear sister of Mary and Helene and her late brother Johannes. Predecased by her parents Bernard and Marie Sloot. Jeanne was a long time member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and a past Beta Gamma Master and a Dharma Wanita Pesaturn Indonesian Consulate member. In accordance with Jeanne's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service to celebrate Jeanne's life will take place at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME & CEMETERY, 21 Garrad Rd., Whitby, (905-443-3376) on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 11 a.m. Friends may call one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson's Society would be appreciated by the family.
