(January 17, 1931 - July 17, 2016) -Peacefully, at home after a short battle with cancer.Loving and caring wife to Fred of 56 years. Loving mother to Richard (Laurie) and Stephen (Marnie).Doting grandmother to Mackenzie, Troy, Richard, and Daniel.She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family (The Molnars), and friends.Special thanks to Dr. Freedman at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, to all the caring PSW’s, and especially nurse Tammi Clancy, who made Verna’s last days more bearable.
