Passed away at his home surrounded by family on Saturday, October 20th, 2018 at the age of 93.Loved husband of Ramona Edwards of Oshawa and the late Margaret Edwards (1983).Much loved father of Bruce Edwards and his wife Heather of Barrie, Doug Edwards and his wife Annie of Cobourg, Keith Edwards and his wife Joyce of Sunderland, Sharon and her husband Don LePage Courtice, Debbie and her husband Bill Storms of Oshawa, Ted Brown and his wife Donna of Oshawa, Rick Brown and his wife Lynne of Oshawa.Pop Vern of Terri, Robyn, Mike, Lindsey, Meredith, Rachel, Jody, Susan, Lynn, Kristen, Dawn, Melanie, Leanne, Chris, Adam and Ashton. Vern is loved by his many great-grandchildren.Predeceased by his brother Oscar.Visitation at BARNES MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 5295 Thickson Rd.
