September 1st, 1968 ~ March 29th, 2016 Passed away peacefully with family by his side at the age of 47.Predeceased by his mother Frances and father Victor.Loving brother to Johnny, Ronda and Amanda.Uncle to Mary, Jordan and Brooklyn, he will also be sadly missed by many aunts and uncles, especially Rob and his wife Sharon. He will be remembered by many cousins and friends.From a young age Jerry loved to play the guitar and draw in his free time.He loved his four legged buddy “Gizzy”.Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West on Saturday, April 2nd, 2016 from 12:00 noon until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m.Donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or charity of choice.
