Mom left in a hurry on the morning of Thursday February 16, 2017 for an early date with Dad.Yvonne Mathews in her 90th year was the much loved wife of the late Thomas Christopher McLarnon for 65 years. Beloved mother of Peter, James (Lynn) and Judy (Graeme).Proud Nanna of Mathew (Danielle), Brendon (Ashlea), Cory (Melissa), Joshua, Elliott, Renée and Josh (Kristy) and adoring Great Nanna of Colton and Peyton.Daughter of the late Albert Mathews and Hilda Stone.Predeceased by sisters Mollie (George), Flo (Len), Eileen (Charles) and brothers Leslie (Lilla) and John (Betty) and many brothers/sisters-in-law and her grandson Craig.Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Ann (the late Peter) and many nieces and nephews.Family and friends may pay respects at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby on Friday February 24th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and after 10 am Saturday.Funeral Service Saturday in the Chapel at 11 a.m. followed by a reception in the funeral home.In memory of Yvonne donations to your CHARITY of choice are appreciated.
