March 11, 1938 - June 30, 2017It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Zelda Moore (Mapp) on June 30th, 2017 in her 80th year.Loving wife of Halvine, dear mother of Barry (Jamie), Brian (Tanya), Michelle, Richard, and Allan (Barbara).Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Kalyb, Brie-Anna, Hannah, Ethan, William, Gillian, Cameron, Whitney and Joshua.Survived by siblings, Yvonne, Durwood (Woody), Judy, Merlita, Vereene and Jenny.Zelda will always be remembered for her kind heart and caring nature and will be cherished and dearly missed by family and friends.Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West, Oshawa (905-721-1237) on Wednesday, July 12th from 2 - 4pm & 6 - 8pm.Funeral Service will be held at ST. PAUL’S ON-THE-HILL ANGLICAN CHURCH (882 Kingston Road, Pickering) on Thursday, July 13th at 11:00am with visitation one hour prior to service.Interment to follow at Mount Lawn Cemetery (21 Garrard Road, Whitby). Celebration of Life reception to follow at Mount Lawn.In lieu of flowers, donations in the memory of Zelda to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Canadian Down Syndrome Society are appreciated.
